Wayne Holloway has been part of Holloway Jenkins since its inception in 1986. He specialises in family law and commercial matters. As a member of the Family Law Practitioners’ Association and the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia, Wayne began his career in 1984, when he was admitted as a solicitor. 

With a Bachelor of Laws (QUT) degree, Wayne is also a member of the Queensland Law Society Inc. He has been admitted to practice as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia.

Wayne has acquired a number of longstanding clients over the years, including both individuals and businesses. He has resolved varied and complex problems via litigation and negotiation. Wayne firmly believes in the power of communication, and the benefit of focusing on the end result, rather than becoming distracted by the legal process.

Since her admission in 2010 Rochelle Henningsen has worked exclusively in family law. She has assisted clients with the most complex parenting and financial matters.
